About the role

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of prescription and patient data to uncover key insights, trends and opportunities in designated therapy areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define performance metrics, KPIs and success criteria.
  • Utilize tools such as MS excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and PowerApps to manage, collect and report performance metrics.
  • Ensure seamless data collection, cleaning and reporting process and identify areas of process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, and dashboard developers to implement insights-driven deliveries.
  • Independently drive end-to-end delivery of reports, dashboards and key projects (including primary research).
  • Establish strong process and data governance for patient datasets.
  • Drive stakeholder engagements, understanding the requirements and delivering as per the timelines.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy, statistics, or related fields.
  • 5-6 years of relevant analytical and data management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge about digital platforms and tools like PowerBI, SQL, Python and other MS Office tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and work in complex business environment.
  • Strong project management skills to facilitate cross-functional projects.
