About the role
- Develop and implement strategic plans for obesity therapy and brand initiatives
- Monitor KPIs, proactively address risks, and oversee budgets
- Establish and sustain effective relationships with key opinion leaders
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Lead projects supporting healthcare professionals in the development of quality obesity clinics
Requirements
- A Master’s Degree in Management (MBA) from a reputed institution
- 5–7 years of marketing experience in multinational pharmaceutical or FMCG companies
- Strong ability to plan and run complex, multi‑channel campaigns
- Experience in weight‑loss programs, eCommerce projects, or digital therapeutics
- Expertise in creating business cases, pitch documents, and value creation presentations
- Proven market development experience, including partnership building, contracting
- Familiarity with launching new drug classes and leading innovative product introductions
- Strong key account management skills
