About the role
- Support the development & execution of local portfolio marketing strategy
- Actively launch campaigns & sales execution to achieve business objectives
- Act as brand champion to create enthusiasm and focus internally
- Analyze, understand, and interpret market insights
- Prepare annual / cyclic action / brand plans to meet business objectives
- Design innovative marketing campaigns for the sales team
- Liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for brands
- Launch new products in line with local strategy and regional approval
Requirements
- Master’s degree in management (MBA) from a reputed institution
- Science / Pharma graduation
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of core Marketing and Sales experience
- Experience in consumer and digital marketing, including digital activation
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong track record in thorough planning, execution and follow-up
- Client/Customer Facing roles will be an added advantage
