About the role
- Identify and map key stakeholders within the assigned region to implement company marketing initiatives
- Engage regularly with doctors to promote company products, address queries, overcome objections, and secure prescriptions
- Ensure timely supply and availability of products by liaising with C&FA agents and stockists and placing necessary orders
- Conduct ongoing prescription audits and competitive analysis to track doctor engagement
- Support strategic segmentation of doctors, assist in order booking, and provide feedback on market developments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharma or Life Science (full-time)
- 1–7 years’ pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably with diabetes products
- Strong knowledge of the territory, market, and stockists
- Solid business understanding and analytical abilities
