About the role

  • Identify and map key stakeholders within the assigned region to implement company marketing initiatives
  • Engage regularly with doctors to promote company products, address queries, overcome objections, and secure prescriptions
  • Ensure timely supply and availability of products by liaising with C&FA agents and stockists and placing necessary orders
  • Conduct ongoing prescription audits and competitive analysis to track doctor engagement
  • Support strategic segmentation of doctors, assist in order booking, and provide feedback on market developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharma or Life Science (full-time)
  • 1–7 years’ pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably with diabetes products
  • Strong knowledge of the territory, market, and stockists
  • Solid business understanding and analytical abilities
