About the role

  • design and implement the organization’s compensation programs and activities so that they meet the organization’s objectives
  • Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement local compensation strategies
  • Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about the organization’s current employee population
  • Develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organization’s Total Rewards strategy
  • Provide guidance to HR partners on application of Total Rewards policy
  • Assist in creation, implementation, and localization of rewards initiatives

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required with 11+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or equivalent education with 7+ years of relevant experience highly preferred
  • Advanced degree and/or CCP/GRP may be substituted for two years of relevant experience when appropriate
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification preferred
  • A minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience within Human Resources, preferably within Total Rewards functions
  • A minimum of 3 years of compensation experience required; North America pharmaceutical compensation experience preferred
  • Ability to work cross-collaboratively in a team environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Compensation system experience preferred (i.e., Success Factors, Market Pay, SAP HR)
