About the role

  • Drive the identification and execution of new commercial business development initiatives aligned with the commercial strategy
  • Manage and deliver complex, end-to-end strategic projects with significant impact across the Business Area (BA)
  • Provide effective executive support to the management team, offering clear recommendations and presentations
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic commercial partnerships to enhance commercial solutions and operations
  • Develop and design alternative, innovative revenue models, pricing strategies, and sales/distribution channels
  • Analyse market trends and the competitive landscape to inform key business development decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the organisation (e.g., Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Finance) to integrate customer needs

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in commercial and project management, specifically across pharma, OTC, or FMCG
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to build and maintain commercial partnerships
  • Advanced negotiation skills, capable of navigating complex agreements with external stakeholders
  • Deep commercial acumen, including proficiency in developing revenue models and sales strategies
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and adaptability, enabling the translation of market trends into actionable business opportunities
