About the role
- Drive the identification and execution of new commercial business development initiatives aligned with the commercial strategy
- Manage and deliver complex, end-to-end strategic projects with significant impact across the Business Area (BA)
- Provide effective executive support to the management team, offering clear recommendations and presentations
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic commercial partnerships to enhance commercial solutions and operations
- Develop and design alternative, innovative revenue models, pricing strategies, and sales/distribution channels
- Analyse market trends and the competitive landscape to inform key business development decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the organisation (e.g., Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Finance) to integrate customer needs
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in commercial and project management, specifically across pharma, OTC, or FMCG
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to build and maintain commercial partnerships
- Advanced negotiation skills, capable of navigating complex agreements with external stakeholders
- Deep commercial acumen, including proficiency in developing revenue models and sales strategies
- Exceptional strategic thinking and adaptability, enabling the translation of market trends into actionable business opportunities
