About the role
- Lead the development and execution of digital marketing and content strategies that support local portfolio objectives.
- Design, launch, and optimize omnichannel campaigns and digital programs that drive both short- and long-term business results.
- Manage end to end campaign execution across owned, earned, & paid digital channels; ensure alignment with brand and legal/compliance requirements.
- Liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for brands.
- Launch new products in line with local strategy and regional approval.
- Develop customer and stakeholder insights using qualitative and quantitative methods to drive content strategy and amplification.
Requirements
- You hold a master’s degree in management (MBA) from a reputed institution with Science / Pharma graduation
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in core Marketing and Product Management
- Good in communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in consumer and digital marketing, including digital activation
- Strong track record in thorough planning, execution and follow-up with a creative and innovative attitude
- Client/Customer Facing roles will be an added advantage.
