About the role

  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing and content strategies that support local portfolio objectives.
  • Design, launch, and optimize omnichannel campaigns and digital programs that drive both short- and long-term business results.
  • Manage end to end campaign execution across owned, earned, & paid digital channels; ensure alignment with brand and legal/compliance requirements.
  • Liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for brands.
  • Launch new products in line with local strategy and regional approval.
  • Develop customer and stakeholder insights using qualitative and quantitative methods to drive content strategy and amplification.

Requirements

  • You hold a master’s degree in management (MBA) from a reputed institution with Science / Pharma graduation
  • Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in core Marketing and Product Management
  • Good in communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in consumer and digital marketing, including digital activation
  • Strong track record in thorough planning, execution and follow-up with a creative and innovative attitude
  • Client/Customer Facing roles will be an added advantage.
