About the role
- Identify and map key stakeholders within the assigned region to implement marketing initiatives
- Engage regularly with doctors to promote products, address queries, and secure prescriptions
- Meet sales effectiveness KPIs by achieving call averages and related targets
- Ensure timely supply and availability of products by liaising with agents and placing orders
- Conduct ongoing prescription audits and competitive analysis to track doctor engagement
- Support strategic segmentation of doctors and provide market feedback to sales leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain disciplined reporting and administrative processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharma or Life Science (full-time)
- 1–5 years’ pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably with diabetes products
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the territory, market, and stockists
- Effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
- Solid business understanding and analytical abilities
