About the role
- Oversee end-to-end management of projects focused on contract lifecycle optimization from initiation through delivery and post-implementation support
- Ensure alignment of contract workflows with evolving market conditions and internal business rules
- Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment ensuring accountability and timely execution
- Plan and execute project phases including budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation
- Actively manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication, governance reporting, and issue resolution
- Apply hands-on leadership, directly contributing to project deliverables where necessary
- Guide adoption and integration of intelligent automation tools, particularly AI and analytics platforms
Requirements
- Approximately 7 years of experience in project management within complex enterprise environments
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects delivered on time and within budget
- Practical experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms and business process optimization
- Familiarity with Conga AI solutions (formerly Apttus) is a significant asset
- Strong conceptual understanding of data analytics and artificial intelligence frameworks
- Proven ability to navigate organizational complexity and challenge operational norms to drive results
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement across business and technology functions
- Effective communication skills; ability to distill complex topics into actionable items
- Autonomous and proactive approach; ability to take initiative in ambiguous settings
- English fluency required; bilingual English/French preferred for Montreal-based candidates
- Available to work a 12-month contract, 37.5 hours per week
- Able to be onsite a minimum of 2 days per week in Montreal or Toronto
