About the role

  • You will support us in sourcing and reaching out to candidates
  • You will maintain and update our applicant database
  • You will assist in organizing and coordinating interviews

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled student (e.g., in HR, Psychology, Social Sciences, or Business)
  • Ideally, you have some first exposure to recruiting or HR (nice to have, not required)
  • You work in a structured and independent way and think pragmatically
  • You communicate confidently in German and present yourself in a friendly and professional manner
  • You are comfortable using MS Office
