About the role
- About the job As a **Client Director **you own client relationships end to end. **You work with senior decision-makers, uncover the real challenges behind the brief, shape opportunities, win the work, and ensure impact is delivered. **All in close partnership with our clients key decision-makers and our product, design, and tech teams.**You are accountable for the client outcomes, revenue growth, and margin quality across your client portfolio.
- **Core responsibilities**
- Grow N5’s business with existing and target clients through active pipeline building.
- - Lead senior client relationships as a trusted partner.
- - Identify, shape, and win opportunities that create clear value for both client and N5.
- - Turn client challenges into clear business cases and ROI.
- - Set clear outcomes, scope, and expectations from first conversation through delivery.
- - Protect delivery quality and margins in close partnership with PMs and delivery leads.
- - Keep the state of the relationship visible: forecast, risks, opportunities, sentiment.

- - Large consumer enterprises - most of our clients are €500M+ in revenue.
- - Commercial decision-makers - Directors, VPs, and C-level leaders.
- - Organisations facing high-stakes challenges in go-to-market, customer experience, and growth.
- **What you market, sell, deliver **
- - Custom enterprise application development (mobile & web).
- - Digital CX solutions that empower go-to-market, customer experience, customer and revenue growth.
- - Delivered on an outcome-based or fixed price / fixed scope basis.
Requirements
- **Your experience **
- - Proven track record closing and growing enterprise accounts (≥ €250k deals, ≥ €1M accounts).
- - Comfortable operating with senior executives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- - Experience in digital CX and custom enterprise solutions - you understand how digital products create business value.
- - Minimum 10 years combined experience across delivery and commercial roles (with a healthy split on each side).
- - Product or consultancy background (Product Manager is a strong plus) - you know how work gets built, delivered, and scaled.
