About the role
- Translate Novartis Patient Support program requirements into effective NPS field associate customer engagements models
- Lead the development and communication of field strategy, engagement and tactical plans
- Co-own the annual NPS field business planning cycle
- Design and execute clear and effective external stakeholder communications
- Collect, translate, and communicate field insights to inform NPS and IPST strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus
- 10+ years of Pharmaceutical or biotech experience in strategy, marketing, and customer engagement
- 5+ years of developing field force tactics and deploying to field teams
- Experience engaging external medical experts, HCPs, and office administrators
- Demonstrated fluency in analyzing pharmaceutical data to generate insights
- Knowledge of Patient Support Services and Access and Reimbursement data sets
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Exceptional organizational, project management and time management skills
