About the role

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the US Chief Data Officer.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives that accelerate data-driven transformation.
  • Design and execute programs that elevate organizational capabilities in AI and data literacy.
  • Drive launch excellence and deliver on other strategic priorities within the Data Strategy & Governance function.
  • Partner with vendors and stakeholders to scale and deliver training and cultural programs across the US Commercial organization.
  • Measure program effectiveness through adoption metrics, competency assessments, and business impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in data strategy and marketing, governance, analytics, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of AI enablement, data literacy, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, data, healthcare) preferred.
