About the role
- Ensure smoothly run Facility Operations and oversee maintenance
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Manage vendors and assess KPIs while working with procurement
- Coordinate activities with landlords to run small projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor health, safety, waste and energy usage to improve efficiency and sustainability
- Supervise non-technical services such as reception, mail delivery, cleaning, pantry management, office supplies, and transportation
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, Facilities Management, Architecture, or Engineering
- Experience in facility management, preferably in pharmaceuticals or related industries
- Knowledge of operations, finance, soft services and maintenance
- Ability to lead projects and vendor teams effectively
- Skills to select vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure high performance
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and employees
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
