About the role

  • Ensure smoothly run Facility Operations and oversee maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards
  • Manage vendors and assess KPIs while working with procurement
  • Coordinate activities with landlords to run small projects
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor health, safety, waste and energy usage to improve efficiency and sustainability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, Facilities Management, Architecture, or Engineering
  • Experience in facility management, preferably in pharmaceuticals or related industries
  • Knowledge of operations, finance, soft services and maintenance
  • Ability to lead projects and vendor teams effectively
  • Skills to select vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure high performance
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and employees
  • Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
