About the role
- Roll out and implement the Group strategy at the site level.
- Act as the company's primary representative to customers and partners; ensure the development and retention of commercial relationships.
- Oversee industrial operations: production, quality, safety, supply chain and continuous improvement.
- Support product development in close collaboration with the innovation laboratory.
- Monitor economic and financial performance (budget, margins, investments, reporting).
- Lead and unite a multidisciplinary team in an SME spirit—agile and empowering.
- Be proactive in proposing industrial, organizational and investment projects.
Requirements
- Master's degree (engineering, business school or equivalent).
- Proven experience in site management, operations management or general management, ideally in an industrial SME in the chemical sector.
- A true all-rounder with strong industrial and financial know-how, commercial acumen and a strong hands-on orientation.
- Leadership, autonomy, decisiveness and the ability to structure the organization.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of German would be an asset.
