About the role
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of channels according to Paid Search / Acquisition strategy and targets across a number of search platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Bing, Naver, etc.)
- Keyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
- Optimize bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
- Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive under-performing keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintain Quality Score, impression share and other important metrics etc.)
- Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates
- Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
- Manage and edit campaign budgets and adjusting bids to optimize ROAS,
- Track daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement or more efficient spend and sustain growth
- Report KPIs to the rest of the team on a regular basis via various dashboards.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned across multiple channels, avoiding wasted spend or crossover.
- Work alongside other Performance marketers working on different channels and/or geo (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Affiliate marketing, etc.) to meet our business goals.
- Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with all active Search Platforms
Requirements
- 3+ year experience managing campaigns on Google ads;
- Experience in managing budgets of $100k and higher on a monthly basis.
- Proven experience with Google Analytics;
- Strong experience in either of the markets: Türkiye, Israel, MENA, Romania.
- Proficiency in one of the regional languages is a huge plus;
- Operational knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/MS PowerPoint;
- Fluent English - speaking and writing at C1 level.

- 3 or more years experience in PPC Platforms and tools (SA360, Kenshoo, Marin, etc.) is a plus
