About the role
- Conduct digital demo appointments and follow-ups through to closing
- Develop ideas for renewal, up-selling, and cross-selling strategies
- You are proactive and not discouraged by a "no"
- Contribute to product development by passing customer feedback to our product team
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, or geriatric nurse
- Degree in nursing education, nursing management, nursing science, or another nursing-related field
- Strong communication and sales/acquisition skills
- Motivated, socially competent, and confident when engaging with new contacts
- Flexible, reliable, and maintain a professional appearance
- Desire to work in a flat-hierarchy environment
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
