• Instructional design and pedagogical preparation of medical content to be taught
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned course — from project initiation through publication
• Close communication and collaboration with internal teams across AMBOSS and with external cooperation partners

• Conduct digital demo appointments and follow-ups through to closing
• Develop ideas for renewal, up-selling, and cross-selling strategies
• You are proactive and not discouraged by a “no”
• You contribute to product development by relaying customer feedback to our product team
