• Travel to customer sites to install, commission, test, calibrate, and train customers on the safe and proper operation of M/D Totco products
• Conduct field installations and calibrations of sensors and systems

Field Service Technician

• Interface with relevant departments to obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated, tested, calibrated and problems are resolved in a timely manner.
• Travel to customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test, calibrate, repair and train customers on the safe and proper operation of NOV products.
• Perform field upgrades of software and hardware and train customers on how to properly operate the system.

Account Manager

• The Business Relationship Manager is a key contributor for executing the Business Relationship strategy by providing leadership and vision of ES Services within NOV and balancing and coordinating the fulfillment of demands. The Business Relationship Manager partners with business leaders in their area of focus to develop and plan an appropriate technology roadmap. The Business Relationship Manager directs and prioritizes the provisioning of new and enhanced services as per business requirements, ensures that the business needs are captured appropriately, articulates the business value of opportunities, and provides vital input for the creation and maintenance of the overall ES Strategy.
• The Business Relationship Manager will be involved in a wide variety of projects supporting the business, such as Business Process Improvement initiatives and new functionalities.
• PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Proactively develops relationships at all levels within their area of business focus, as well as building rapport and credibility across ES internal teams.
• Participates and leads the demand management process within their area of focus.
• Assists the business in road mapping, documenting, and planning for future technology needs.
