Procurement

• Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies for assigned category(s)
• Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify cost-savings opportunities
• Prepare and execute RFQ’s and RFP’s
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships (including but not limit to; Negotiation of pricing, discount structures and commercial terms.)
• Analyze spending patterns and develop strategic sourcing plans
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs
• Track and report on key procurement performance metrics
• Preform other work-related task as assigned
• Comply with all NOV policies and procedures
