Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies for assigned category(s)
Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify cost-savings opportunities
Prepare and execute RFQ’s and RFP’s
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships (including but not limit to; Negotiation of pricing, discount structures and commercial terms.)
Analyze spending patterns and develop strategic sourcing plans
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs
Track and report on key procurement performance metrics
Preform other work-related task as assigned
Comply with all NOV policies and procedures

Four Year Bachelor’s Degree
Prior Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a Senior Buyer role
