About the role

  • Lead a team of Commercial Account Executives handling full cycle sales activities
  • Own the strategy of your team’s territory
  • Own the execution of your team’s strategy
  • Work with cross functional partners to build playbooks
  • Liaise with our user base to provide world class customer experience
  • Meet with executives from large prospects and customers
  • Attract, hire, and retain a world class sales organization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full cycle sales at a fast growing software, SaaS, or AI company
  • 3+ years sales management or team leader experience
  • Understanding of PLG and SLG sales motions
  • Proven track record in the Commercial, Mid-Market segments
  • Fluency in Japanese (native level) and English (business level)
