About the role
- Lead a team of Commercial Account Executives handling full cycle sales activities
- Own the strategy of your team’s territory
- Own the execution of your team’s strategy
- Work with cross functional partners to build playbooks
- Liaise with our user base to provide world class customer experience
- Meet with executives from large prospects and customers
- Attract, hire, and retain a world class sales organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle sales at a fast growing software, SaaS, or AI company
- 3+ years sales management or team leader experience
- Understanding of PLG and SLG sales motions
- Proven track record in the Commercial, Mid-Market segments
- Fluency in Japanese (native level) and English (business level)
