Chief Marketing Officer

• Own the strategy, P&L, and growth of a physical DTC business unit;

• Create high-converting video creatives and static ad creatives, depending on what performs best that week
• Generate and test new creative ideas, unusual angles, visuals, hooks, and combinations together with the team
• Design fast and iterate even faster, always backing decisions with research and performance data
• Maintain high creative standards while ensuring compliance with Meta best practices
• Experiment with new formats, trends, and creative approaches to improve performance
• Integrate and explore AI tools to speed up creative production and improve results.
