About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the entire email marketing channel from strategy to execution;
  • Plan, write, build, QA, launch, and optimize email campaigns;
  • Build and optimize lifecycle flows, including welcome, abandoned checkout, post-purchase, churn save, refund deflection, and win-back journey;
  • Develop segmentation strategies across a subscriber database to deliver personalized customer experiences;
  • Own email deliverability, domain reputation, complaint rates, and list hygiene;
  • Build and continuously improve the A/B testing program across campaigns, customer journeys, messaging, and offers;
  • Monitor email revenue, analyze campaign performance, and provide weekly business insights;
  • Work closely with Media Buying and Creative teams by sharing customer and campaign insights that improve creative angles and overall marketing performance;
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve email performance through testing, automation, AI tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in Email Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience managing email marketing for a subscription-based business.
  • Strong experience with Klaviyo.
  • Proven ability to write high-converting direct-response email copy in English.
  • Experience building customer segmentation strategies and automated lifecycle journeys.
  • Experience planning and executing A/B testing programs to continuously improve performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain why revenue changed and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to manage the entire email marketing function independently.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Lithuanian.
