About the role

  • Coordinate key moments across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding - including IT and equipment setup, travel bookings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Own the vibe of our Dublin office - ensuring it’s well-stocked, welcoming, and energising.
  • Support the Talent team by scheduling interviews, managing onsite logistics in Dublin, and ensuring a smooth, thoughtful candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer.
  • Help streamline how we work - identifying opportunities to improve and automate People Ops processes.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in People Ops: You’ve done this before - ideally in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
  • Startup mindset: You’re energised by fast-paced environments and thrive when wearing multiple hats.
  • People-first attitude: You genuinely care about making things easier and better for your teammates.
  • Organisational skills: You’re comfortable managing competing priorities, tracking details, and keeping things moving.
  • Strong communicator & collaborator: You communicate with clarity and empathy - whether in person, over Slack, or in documentation.
