About the role
- Develop multi-year strategies and programs that deepen client relationships with existing clients
- Assist team in the development and execution of client program strategy
- Leverage data-driven approach to develop recommendations for program optimization
- Partner with Consumer Insights to shape consumer research
- Coordinate with measurement partners to evaluate and provide business perspective
- Assist in development of annual contact strategy for clients
- Partner with data, activation, Martech, and engineering teams to execute campaigns
- Identify process and artifacts improvements allowing teams to efficiently develop strategies
- Represent team’s work to peers and leadership
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on strategy
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven track record leveraging data and insights to develop strategies and execute marketing programs that deliver results
- Experience in developing, executing, and interpreting marketing tests
- Experience leading projects with technical teams to bring new functionality to life
- Strong analytical abilities
- Strong project management skills
