About the role
- Generate new leads to the firm through social media platforms and personal network
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of candidates for selected positions within the organization
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers and the TA team to identify available markets and target candidate pools
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcomes
- Other ad hoc TA projects
Requirements
- Must live in Minnesota and be willing to commute to downtown Minneapolis 3 days per week
- Demonstrated organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and time management skills
- 2+ years of sourcing and/or cold-calling experience is preferred
- The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to take independent action to make sound decisions
- Coachable and able to work effectively with people of all levels of the organization
- Social Media awareness with multiple platforms
