About the role

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) pipelines utilizing Python and SQL
Design, develop, and maintain automated data visualizations in Tableau
Data preparation/cleaning, integration, and automation from heterogeneous sources
Ensure data integrity and system availability
Decomposition of user requirements into logical functions/components
Share in the ownership of the technical vision and direction for advanced analytics systems
Provide insights needed to drive performance across a broad range of strategic activities
Collaborate with Digital Strategy & Analytics team and other stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions
Support program funding and security-clearance related processes as required by government programs

Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field with at least 2 years of related experience in data analytics or data engineering
Experience writing Python ETLs and manipulating dataframes (pandas, SQLalchemy, etc)
Experience with integration of data from multiple sources
Experience in optimizing SQL queries and performance tuning data pipelines
Experience developing and deploying automated data visualizations with Tableau
Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government secret clearance and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company

U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
Preferred: Master’s degree in a STEM field with relevant experience
Preferred: Experience with data platforms and tools (e.g., Palantir, Databricks, Denodo, Airflow, DataHub, etc.) technologies
Preferred: Experience with Agile Software Development
Preferred: Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras
Preferred: Experience with UI/UX design and development / Graphic Design
