About the role
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle with a concentration in software engineering.
- Complete work independently and as a part of an Agile team.
- Support team in completing necessary software on schedule.
- Solve complex problems through innovative and creative solutions.
- Collaborate with software designers and/or software engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of software systems.
- Regularly demonstrate progress to customers.
- Work closely with other software developers.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain/maintain access to work full time on-site in Bellevue, NE.
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.
- Experience as a Full Stack Software Developer.
- Demonstrated experience in C, C++.
- Proven experience with Linux OS.
- Familiarity with relational database management systems (Oracle/PDBs) and SQL.
- Working knowledge of the Agile development processes.
- Familiarity with Test automation practices and tools (Integration testing, Unit testing, QFTest).
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with small technical teams.
- Ability to prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish project results.
- Education options: high school diploma with 6+ years software development experience; Bachelor's in STEM with 2+ years; Master's in STEM with 0 years (Engineer Software).
- Principal Engineer options: high school diploma with 9+ years; Bachelor's in STEM with 5+ years; Master's in STEM with 3+ years.
