💰 $137,800 - $239,300 per year
About the role
- Developing the sector GSC strategy aligned with the sector business and operations strategies as well as the enterprise GSC strategy
- Cultivating Strategic Supplier Partnerships through collaboration with BD, Strategy and tier 1/tier 2 suppliers
- Leveraging supplier investments in key discriminating technologies/advanced processes
- Partnering with Functional and Division GSC Leaders to understand program/Business unit strategies and plans
- Maintaining Sector Make/Buy Strategy in collaboration with Strategy and Engineering
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 8 + years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related functions – OR – Master’s degree and 6 + years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related functions
- Experience in a Manager role
- Experience managing managers
- Well versed in FAR, DFARS, and overall government contracting regulatory environment
- Demonstrated supplier or Customer negotiation and management experience
- Ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret SCI clearance (US Citizenship required)
