About the role

  • Contact vendors and transportation companies to ensure materials, supplies, and equipment are shipped and delivered on promised dates.
  • Determine when deliveries may be delayed; coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, and other users to expedite material requirements.
  • Maintain records and follow-up files of purchases, shipments, returns of damaged items, and related matters.
  • Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources.
  • Compile, review, and analyze data.
  • Use software for functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.
  • May design processes to enhance workflow.
  • Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university AND graduating after August 2026.
  • Be majoring in Global Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree.
  • Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2026.
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
