Leads the end‑to‑end lifecycle of all IT assets—including hardware, software, SaaS, and virtual resources—across Northrop Grumman’s global enterprise
Creates and executes the IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategy
Ensures compliance with DoD and corporate licensing requirements
Drives cost‑avoidance initiatives
Provides executive‑level visibility into asset health and financial stewardship
Serves as the primary liaison between CIDO, Business Management, Procurement, Security, and the Service Management organization

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years progressive experience in IT Asset Management or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
ITIL Foundation (preferred); CIM (Certified IT Asset Manager) or similar preferred
Proficiency with enterprise AMDB platforms, CMDB integration, and software license management
Familiarity with DoD contracting regulations, ITAR, and cybersecurity standards
U.S. Person status is required
