About the role
- Manage a team of Supply Chain Planners and Procurement Specialists
- Exhibit end-to-end supply chain competency
- Partner closely with cross functional teams to ensure alignment for cost, schedule, quality, and risk avoidance objectives
- Use data analytics and performance metrics to drive planning decisions
- Lead and develop high-performing teams through clear expectations and continuous feedback
- Ensure procurement procedures and best practices are followed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain, project management, business management and/or business related field OR a Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience in supply chain, project management, business management and/or business related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Power Point, Excel etc.
- Current active DoD Secret level clearance to apply/start
- Ability to obtain and maintain Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company
