About the role

  • Collaborate with Engineering leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs
  • Lead, plan, and execute multiple concurrent HR projects from inception to completion
  • Drive talent identification, performance management, and career development initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to build a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
  • Work closely with HR peers, leaders, and Centers of Excellence to deliver seamless HR solutions
  • Effectively engage with a geographically dispersed leadership team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years of Human Resources experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time
