About the role

  • Serve as the primary HR strategic HR Manager and consultant to Engineering leadership, aligning people strategy with business objectives and positioning the organization to meet long term vision and strategy
  • Drive change management initiatives, fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent strategies that align to business objectives
  • Provide executive coaching and influence decision-making across all levels of the organization to support business transformation
  • Lead complex, cross-functional HR projects and initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, compensation, diversity & inclusion) from inception to completion
  • Provide day-to-day people leadership of a geographically diverse HR team and create an environment that accelerates development of HR talent; apply rigorous knowledge management to capture learning, drive continuous improvement, and enhance employee engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree AND 7 years of related Human Resources experience that includes a background in progressive HR roles and project management, OR a Master’s degree AND 5 years of related Human Resources experience that includes a background in progressive HR roles and project management
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet business needs
  • Must be willing and able to travel 25% of the time
