💰 $109,000 - $172,400 per year

About the role

  • Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects
  • Serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
  • Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
  • Provide guidance and statement of work to shop floor technicians
  • Maintain and develop cost and schedule analysis charts to help support managerial direction
  • Drive strategic initiatives and tactical actions that deliver results to improve program cost and schedule performance
  • Ensure program milestones and performance goals are achieved

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 years' of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or Project Management related experience OR a Master's Degree with 3 years' experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or Project Management related experience
  • 2 years of proven experience leading teams and/or projects
  • Experience Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
  • Ability to Travel 10-20% domestically to support business need
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and ability to obtain Special Program access within a reasonable amount of time as required by the business.
