About the role
- Work with L&D team to create and facilitate engaging BD/Capture curricula
- Partner with instructional designers and technical SMEs to produce courseware and job aids
- Apply a variety of instructional techniques to match diverse learning styles
- Serve as the primary instructor for both vendor‑provided and internally‑developed courses
- Lead onboarding experiences for new BD/Capture hires
- Build and sustain a network of internal BD/Capture leaders and cross‑functional partners
- Define success criteria, collect performance data, and produce impact reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience
- Professional experience delivering classroom‑ and virtual‑based training related to U.S. government acquisition
- Ability to translate and deliver Business Development or Capture concepts into learner‑friendly language
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for both in‑person and virtual settings
- Experience collaborating with multiple cross‑functional teams and senior leaders
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Strong project‑management skills
