About the role
- Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
- Plans and executes schedules for engineering design package development and release to meet mission needs.
- Technical impact assessment, planning and strategy for change implementation.
- Gathering of data, requirements development, interfacing with suppliers, and performing basic stress and tolerance analysis.
- Acting as manufacturing liaison during build process of projects to ensure overall quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.
Requirements
- Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree.
- Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
- Final approved U.S. Government security clearance as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher (Preferred).
- Experience with 3D modeling tool (Preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft suite of tools (PowerPoint, excel, word, etc.) (Preferred).
- Experience with CATIA and familiarity with the TeamCenter release tool (Preferred).
