About the role
- Partner with regional leaders across manufacturing, integration, and test, facilities, environmental health and safety, mission assurance, and performance excellence
- Collaborate with Sector integration leadership for alignment with other functions
- Enable common governance and drive incorporation of digital transformation initiatives
- Create efficiencies and apply best practices for program execution excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience in engineering, operations, enabling business functions, and/or project management
- OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience in engineering, operations, enabling business functions, and/or project management
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs and/or projects
- Proven ability to lead a high performing team
- Proven ability to deliver effective communication verbal and written
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance
