About the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify needs, gather requirements, and promote IT solutions that drive value
- Serve as the CIDO Corporate Function Point of Contact for the business function they represent
- Develop and implement strategies that align IT solutions with business objectives and enhance departmental performance
- Lead an IT solutions portfolio of ~$28M annually
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise platforms and applications, ensuring they meet the established goals and deadlines
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of IT professionals located across the U.S., fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Evaluate and optimize IT solutions, ensuring that they are aligned with industry standards and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related STEM field with 14 years of relevant experience OR a Masters Degree in a STEM field with 12 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in management (scope, budget, and schedule) of technical projects
- Knowledge of the IT Management area of the business
- Strong understanding of technology trends, enterprise applications, and project management methodologies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
