About the role

  • Develop and maintain BRDs, HLDs, process flows, and delivery artifacts supporting regulatory, audit, and risk reporting requirements
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track actions to closure
  • Analyze and integrate data from multiple risk and resiliency-related systems across the enterprise
  • Query, analyze, and present data using SQL and Python to support analytics initiatives and ad‑hoc business requests
  • Build and enhance dashboards and reports leveraging existing Data Warehouse, BI, and analytics platforms
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable, governed, and aligned with enterprise data and technology standards
  • Identify, track, and support resolution of data, reporting, and delivery issues in a timely manner
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Participate in special projects and other assigned duties

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data modeling and data visualization within Banking or Financial Services
  • Strong expertise in complex SQL and Python for analytics and reporting
  • Experience designing data models to support enterprise analytics and regulatory reporting
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or similar visualization tools preferred
  • Experience with Data Vault, dbt, sqldbm, or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
