About the role
- Supervise operational, Human Resource, administrative, and business functions in large scale practices
- Provide administrative and clerical support to encourage a patient-centric care environment
- Address significant customer concerns both verbally and in writing
- Ensure compliance with specified regulatory requirements using established policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive medical office experience
- A minimum of three (3) years healthcare supervisory or management experience
- Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
