Lead and develop a team of Directors across your assigned region (West), setting clear performance standards and driving accountability to exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with the SVP of Sales to create and execute strategic plans that strengthen North’s presence in key markets and industries.
Design and implement comprehensive training programs to equip Sales Professionals with the skills and strategies they need to succeed.
Serve as a key partner to the SVP of Sales in refining processes, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment across all go-to-market teams.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring North is positioned as the go-to partner for merchants.
Provide thought leadership and mentorship to your team—leading by example and fostering a culture of continuous learning and achievement.
Requirements
Must live within or near your assigned region (West).
Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree a plus.
Typically 10+ years of sales experience, including significant leadership experience managing multiple sales teams or territories.
Experience in SaaS, software, or payment processing is preferred.
A proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales organizations.
Strong ability to inspire and influence others, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
