• Be awake and available to persons during overnight shift until persons have left residential program, or until the morning staff person arrives.
• Perform security checks on an hourly basis to ensure safety of individuals and facility.
• Document each person&rsquo;s progress in the confidential record.
• Perform tasks on the cleaning checklist and all duties based on individual&rsquo;s needs and schedule.
• Write daily notes at end of shift if needed, noting any incidents and maintain regular communication with other team members.
• Complete medication counts.

Overnight Counselor

Residential Awake Overnight Counselor

Customer Support

• Engage people and partner with them to improve their health and wellness, achieve symptom stabilization and self-management and develop and/or restore skills impacted by mental illness to help them live a self-directed life.
• Assist people with psychiatric and substance use disorders to identify personal priorities, preferences, strengths, and interests in order to help them establish goals that support a life in recovery.
• Arrange and transport residents to appointments or daily outings.
• Complete administrative tasks, such as answering phones or filling out paperwork.
• Assist with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
• Provide side-by-side support and coaching to help people socialize to socialize and become more involved in their community

Residential Support Specialist

• Participate in the engagement, assessment, and treatment planning process
• Work with a dedicated team of staff to provide interventions to address needs and goals of the persons served
• Provide direct services to people in community and group living environment settings in the areas of housing, risk mitigation, transportation, skill-building, money management, medication administration and other areas based on the person centered treatment plan
• Engage people and partner with them to improve their health and wellness, achieve symptom stabilization and self-management
• Develop and/or restore skills impacted by mental illness and live a self-directed life
• Gather information about community agencies to assist in the provision of services
• Organize and lead individual and group social and recreational activities
• Carry out the assigned interventions and action steps of the treatment plan
• Collaborate with Housing Coordinators to help each person in finding a safe and affordable place to live
• Participate in medication administration per MAP and DMH policies and protocol
• Help each person to access reliable transportation
• Assist with supervision of Community Support Specialists

Senior Community Support Specialist

Bookkeeper

• Perform bank reconciliation and journal entries to ensure accuracy of cash balances and appropriate cash flow requirements.
• Assist in the development of financial analysis that allows for more timely and informative data that points out problems so corrective measures can be taken.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and ensure the bank, on a daily basis, processes the deposits.
• Assist Payroll Manager in the bi-weekly process of payroll: timesheets sorting, batch inputting in Payroll computer system and handling queries from supervisor and employees.
• Assist with monthly closing, data entry, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Accounting Assistant

Therapist

• Identify and utilize community resources to help develop and maintain natural supports for the youth and parent/caregiver(s)
• Review and develop risk management plans and implement focused interventions and behavioral techniques
• Complete written comprehensive home-based, psychosocial behavioral health assessment in the youth’s home or community
• Monitor progress and attainment of treatment plan goals and objectives
• Work with the entire family to implement focused interventions and behavioral techniques in order to enhance problem-solving, limit-setting, risk management/safety planning, communication, build skills to strengthen the family, advance therapeutic goals, or improve ineffective patterns of interaction

In Home Therapy Clinician

Administrative Assistant

• Greet and check in all clinic visitors and clients.
• Collect health insurance information, manage co-payments and cash collection
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Answer clinic calls and direct them as appropriate.
• Help maintain client Electronic Health Records (EHR) including updating charts and scanning information into charts.
• Ensure client billing & health insurance information is up to date.
• Oversee general office upkeep and maintenance including, but not limited to, requesting repairs, ordering & restocking supplies, and coordinating office assignments.
• Provide coverage as needed for North Suffolk clinic locations.
