Accounts Payable

• Supports both the Red Salmon and Pederson Point plants
• Processing vendor invoices
• Responding to and researching vendor accounts payable inquiries
• Entering purchase orders
• Compiling and reconciling end of month vendor statements
• Assisting with end of season fisherman statements/accounting
• Reviews invoices and categorizes expenses
• Prepares invoices to be processed in the AP system
• Sorts payables for payment
• Researches and communicates vendor inquiries
• Files and maintains accounting documents (invoices, checks, ACH remits etc.)
• Assists in month end vendor statement reconciliation
• Assists with fisherman accounting
• Answering office phone
• Answering in-office questions from fisherman and visitors etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
