About the role
- Architect, design, and implement SharePoint Online solutions
- Define and document SharePoint Online architecture standards, guidelines, and governance
- Plan and oversee the deployment and configuration of SharePoint Online infrastructure
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient SharePoint and Power Apps solutions
- Design and develop custom applications, workflows, forms, and integrations using SharePoint and Power Apps
- Develop and maintain Power Apps applications, leveraging the Power Platform to automate business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise
- Establish and enforce governance policies to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint and Power Apps solutions
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with application architecture, implementation, and support including 5+ years of SharePoint Administration and SharePoint Online support
- 4+ years experience with design, development and supporting PowerApps applications / Power Platform
- Enterprise Level Application Design & Configuration
- Tier 3 Enterprise Application Support
- Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders in a problem solving environment
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer or Power Apps Developer
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, features, and capabilities
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps development and integration
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 technologies, including Power Automate
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical solutions
- Proven knowledge in working with a wide variety of healthcare applications and supporting technologies
- Requires good interpersonal skills and ability to function in a fast-paced, short deadline environment
