About the role
- Processing customer orders in the SAP system and internal and external shipping systems, verifying order accuracy.
- Collaboration with the Planning and Purchasing Department to develop production plans and material security.
- Data management for logistics delivery assessments and customer communication.
- Supervision and analysis of KPIs for job performance evaluation.
- Communication with customers regarding order fulfillment, product shelf life, material settlements, and payment processing.
- Handling complaints and returns.
- Assisting in problem-solving and handling customer complaints.
- Preparing waybills, CMRs, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- Close collaboration with the warehouse and freight forwarding departments to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Monitoring on-time delivery.
- Collaboration with customs agencies and transport companies.
Requirements
- Excellent work organization.
- Stress tolerance and the ability to manage priorities, work independently, and collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP S4/HANA systems. (SD module)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of international trade terms, export procedures, and shipping documentation.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills (customer service).
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of languages such as German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
