About the role
- This position drives organizational objectives for the assigned area by ensuring high quality products are safely manufactured, packaged, and shipped to our customers on time.
- S/he is responsible to ensure manufactured product meets customer specifications.
- In addition, this employee will ensure manufacturing processes are followed, quality checks are completed, and products are adequately inspected to customer expectations for possible defects.
- S/he has specialized training or skills to perform job functions and are capable of independently exercising sound judgment in non-routine and complex situations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in an industrial setting. (required)
- 3+ years of leadership experience with the responsibility for managing, coaching, and evaluating direct reports. (required)
- Familiarity with PLCs, preferably Allen Bradley (preferred)
- Understanding and experience with:
- Hydraulics
- Electrical
- Combustion systems
- Thermocouples
- Mechanical
- Welding
