About the role
- Create various digital and print materials to communicate the company's strategy
- Organize digital and in-person events for internal audiences
- Manage projects
- Capture and edit video content
- Create satisfaction surveys and analyze the results
- Update and optimize multiple communication tools
- Participate in various HR projects according to the annual schedule
- Support recruitment processes
- Co-manage the internship and apprenticeship recruitment campaigns
Requirements
- Currently studying Communications with knowledge of Human Resources (equivalent to Bac+4 to Bac+5 / Master’s level)
- Autonomous and proactive, comfortable initiating contact with colleagues and external suppliers
- Creative, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic and comfortable working on team projects
- Strong organizational skills, planning and anticipation
- Open-minded and intellectually curious
- Responsive and efficient
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Proficient in English (minimum B2)
- Good knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
