About the role

  • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes
  • Develop and implement new process techniques and procedures
  • Continuously analyze manufacturing process flows to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase throughput
  • Collaborate with suppliers to define product specifications, arrange procurement of parts/materials, and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Work closely with the manufacturing team to develop and deliver technical training for staff
  • Provide engineering support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production
  • Design and approve tooling prior to fabrication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to read/write small numbers and perform arithmetic calculations
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and responding quickly to issues.
